Wein Mediation™ has developed highly successful processes in ADR. Mediation and facilitation are the primary focus of our activities.
Wein Mediation™ operates in accordance with the Australian National Mediation Practice & Approval Standards for Mediators September 2007.
The Practice Standards are intended to govern the relationship of mediators with the participants in the mediation, their professional colleagues, courts and the general public so that all will benefit from high standards of practice in mediation.

In mediation, the parties involved control the decision making. They have greater flexibility in reaching a settlement than the courts can provide. They can consider factors that a court may not address. Their ability to mould a settlement that meets their mutual “best interests” provides genuine self determination.
